- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel/Accommodation.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, National ID Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
- Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.
- Requirement of an extra mattress will be treated as a third occupancy.
- Pets are not allowed in the Accommodation.
- Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel/Accommodation, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel/Accommodation, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
- Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel/Accommodation asset.
Booking Extension Terms
- Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
- Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy or in your confirmation email, Yoho Bed does not charge a cancellations fees for bookings cancelled before 14 days PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF HOTEL.
If anyone cancelled within 14 days from Check in date monies will not be refunded.
On the date of check-in
In case you do not show up at the hotel, no refund is applicable on the booking.
Mid Stay Cancellation
In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, no refund is applicable on the booking.

You can cancel your booking using our website or mobile app. You can also call us on +94117344444 to cancel your booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to your bank Account.
Please Note: Shortened stays- Yoho Bed will not refund any monies for the shortened stays.
