FAQ

What happens after I submit the form?

Upon submitting the form, one of our Business Development Executives will contact you for an appointment. We also do an audit on the property to understand if it meets our quality standards. Once the criteria are met, your property is eligible to be enrolled on Yoho Bed as a partner.

How does payment work?

There are two payment modes that are used: Online payment The payment is made to Yoho Bed and we settle the payment to the property. Payment At The Property The payment is collected by the property. An invoice will be sent informing the property to pay the OTA and Yoho Bed commission.

Do you provide bookings?

No. We work towards bringing more bookings to your property by shelving in multiple channels (OTA) and through efficient price management in-relation to occupancy.

Is co-branding allowed in amenities?

No, it’s not possible. By sharing our brand, you become an exclusive partner of Yoho Bed and co-branding does not allow you to sustain uniqueness.

Why should I give you OTA credentials?

We require access to all OTA channels to prevent overbookings and to maintain the rate parity. Additionally, all OTAs will be connected to a single platform to ensure efficient management for you.

Is Yoho Bed similar to booking.com?

No. We are a hotel brand that works with booking.com and other OTAs. Our aim is to generate more bookings for your property. Bookings can be made through direct contacts too.
